Gov Bago Leads State Gov’t to Fida’u Prayer of Late NPC Chairman Dr Aminu

The Governor of Niger State, Mohammed Umaru Bago has led the State government delegation to the three day Fida’u for late Chairman, National Population Commission, Dr. Aminu Yusuf held at the Minna Central Mosque.

Chief Imam of Minna, Malam Isah Jibril who led the prayer session prayed that Allah in his infinite mercy forgives the shortcomings of the deceased and grant him entry into Aljannat Firdaus.

The Imam also prayed for other departed souls as well as for Allah to continue to guide the farmer governor in steering the affairs of the State.

The governor further led the delegation to the family residence of the deceased where he commiserated with them and offered words of encouragement.

He described the passing of late Doctor Aminu as destiny from Allah and urged them to remain steadfast in offering prayers for the repose of his soul.
