Executive Director NSPPB Attends Capacity Building Training to Enhance Service Delivery

The Executive Director, Finance, Niger State Public Procurement Board, Alhaji Ismail Abdullah, has participated in a One-Day Capacity Building Training organized by the Niger State Public Procurement Board for Procurement Cadre Officers in Niger State and staff of the Board.

The training workshop provided a crucial opportunity for strengthening the professional capacity of procurement officers and enhancing their understanding of effective, transparent and accountable procurement practices.

Speaking at the event, Alhaji Ismail Abdullah emphasized the importance of continuous learning, professionalism and strict adherence to due process in public procurement.

He explained that well-trained procurement personnel are essential to achieving efficiency, transparency and value for money in government activities.

The capacity-building programme further demonstrates the commitment of the Niger State Public Procurement Board to developing a competent and professional workforce capable of supporting the government’s development agenda through sound procurement practices in line with Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s New Niger Agenda.
