Son Kills Biological Father to Safe Mother in Niger State

A son identified as Usman has reportedly killed his sixty year old biological father Ali Haruna at Shango area in Chanchaga local government of Niger state.

The incident occurred on Monday while the son allegedly beat the father in defense of his mother who was purportedly maltreated by the husband (father) always.

It was gathered that it happened behind the primary school in Shango- Minna when out of annoyance Usman blowed Ali Haruna to coma who died while rushing the deceased to the IBB Specialist Hospital Minna for medical treatment.

According to Usman, he was only protecting his mother due to the constant maltreatment by his father, hence the need to defend his mother who is weaker.

When contacted, the command Police Public Relations Officer PPRO SP Wasiu Abiodun could not be reached at the time of filing this report.
