Governor Bago Sustains Effort to Ensure
Effective Healthcare Services Delivery

In an efforts to ensure every community has easy access to affordable healthcare services, the Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has continued with the execution of development projects across the state as political campaigns for the 2027 elections begun.

This is contained in a statement issued by the Governor’s Special Adviser on Digital Media and Communication Abdulberqy Usman Ebbo in Minna, Niger state capital.

According to Ebbo, one of the ongoing projects is the construction of a Level 2 Primary Health Care Centre in Landzun, Bida, designed to improve access to quality healthcare for residents.

He added that the state government has embarked on the construction of 57 other similar projects that is currently ongoing simultaneously across Niger State.

Abdulberqy Ebbo emphasized that the Landzun facility is expected to provide a range of healthcare services and amenities, including: 24-hour electricity supply 24-hour water supply

He added that other facilities are a theatre Doctors’ quarters, a pharmacy Consulting rooms as well as other essential medical facilities incorporated.

The Special Adviser further disclosed that the project is part of Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s administration efforts to expand healthcare infrastructure and bring essential medical services closer to communities for effective and efficient service delivery across the state.
