Niger CP Celebrates Retired Officers, Applauds Their Service Years

The Commissioner of Police, Niger State Command CP, Adamu Abdullahi Elleman, has recognized and celebrated some senior officers of the Command who are retiring from the service after their meritorious service to the nation.
This is contained in a statement issued by the Niger State Command Police PPRO, SP Wasiu Abiodun, said this was held during the Command’s monthly conference on 30th April, 2026 at Police Officers Mess Minna.
According to him, the retiring officers include DPO Kagara CSP Eyeku Kashim, DPO Katcha CSP Mohammed Adamu, DPO Agaie SP Abubakar Yahaya, DPO Kuta SP Ajide Olayinka, 2i/c SID SP Umar Edota, 2i/c MSS DSP Akeem Musa, 2i/c G.I SCID DSP Nasiru Kasimu, 2i/c AVT SCID DSP Iye Zubairu among others.
The CP celebrated the officers, stating that thirty-five years is a long period of service. He congratulated the officers for a meritorious service to the nation, stating that they remain members of the Police family and should not hesitate to beckon on the Command in case of any future assistance.
He said “on behalf of the Inspector General of Police, we appreciate your sacrifice, dedication, commitment and service to the Nigeria Police Force and the nation, and we shall not forget your impact”, He congratulated them once again, and wished them a happy retirement life in good health and better comfort.
